Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be communicated within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, you can contact us through the Contact Us page. Please note, that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receiving your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Consumable products (such as Stevia, Hydroponic Nutrients, etc.)
- Perishable goods
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
